Literature and Case Law on Swiss Federalism
The Institute compiles and maintains a bibliography of the most important reference works on Swiss federalism.
Since 2005, the Institute publishes on the behalf of the ch Foundation (Foundation for Federal Cooperation in Switzerland an annual report on findings and trends in Swiss federalism research. Below is a list of the reports published to date:
The Institute has been analysing the case law of the Swiss Supreme Court which is pertinent from the viewpoint of federalism since 2011.
