Some of the most pressing and controversial legal research questions of our times are posed by health-related scientific advances and changing attitudes towards health. Amid disruptive technology and ever-evolving societies, a wide variety of fascinating topics arise with far-reaching consequences on healthcare and human life itself.

We welcome submissions in all fields of law from graduate (particularly, Ph.D. level) students. Submissions are not bound by the topic of the conference, but preference will be given to papers that address related issues. 

Please send an abstract of your paper (500 words max.) and a short bio (100 words max.), in English, to cglrc2018@gmail.com.  

Católica will sponsor the accommodation of successful applicants for the duration of three nights (October 10, 11 and 12) in a hotel close to campus.  

The deadline for submission of abstracts and bios is June 11. Successful applicants will be informed by no later than June 22.  

Final papers will be due by no later than September 20. Subject to peer review, final papers have the possibility to be published in Católica Law Review.
