Shibashi Qigong

Shibashi belongs to the family of Qigong.
The purpose of Shibashi is inner balance, body control and harmony.
All movements are performed without excessive physical effort, since they must be slow and harmonious. This is why a lot of mental attention is needed during the movements. This concentration on the movements allows to chase other thoughts and freeing your mind. That’s why we talk about “meditation in movement”. This calm is acquired through regular practice. Te complete Shibashi pattern takes about 15 to 20 minutes, depending on how you are feeling.
Shibashi is suitable for all ages.
