Prof. Eva Maria Belser has been nominated Full Member of the Group of Independent Experts on the European Charter on Local Self-Government.

As a Full Member Prof. Eva Maria Belser has been invited to attend the Meeting of the Group of Independent Experts on the European Charter on Local Self-Government which will take place on 20 and 21 September 2018 in Strasbourg.
