    Goal

    • Being familiar with the stages of change processes in organisations – from the perspective of the individual and the perspective of the organisation
    • Being sensitized regarding the challenges and success factors of organizational change processes
    • Acquiring knowledge of the key models of organisational change

    Requirements

    • Participate in all classes (except for 1; compensation possible), read obligatory articles
