    Description

The focus of this seminar is on accidents and illnesses in the workplace due to work activity. What happens when employees can no longer perform their work? How can we support the employees to find their way back into the work process? What should be considered - be it in interdisciplinary cooperation, but also in terms of economic figures? At the end of the semester we will take a detour into the prevention of accidents and illnesses at work.

The topic will be dealt with both theoretically and practically. The students will work out an intervention and if possible carry it out on site.

    Comments

The seminar will be organized in a hybrid form with as much teaching in presence as possible. Activities will be organized over Moodle and participants will have access to Moodle and the information and literature stored there from September 7th. Podcasts and life streaming are offered where possible. However, active participation on site during the implementation of the interventions is desirable.

During the first week of term (14.09.2020), the seminar will be held virtually (-> Podcast) since no courses in presence are allowed to take place.

If the number of participants exceeds the size of the room (at least 2x seats), students will be divided in groups and will be invited alternately to sessions in presence. Further information will follow.
