Recent developments in microscopy (novel techniques, automation of systems, faster cameras, etc.) have made data acquisition relatively easy. These new technologies have also allowed to add complexity to experiments (multiple staining, time-lapse) which has increased the amount of data produced. This has generated a bottleneck in data handling (memory, data storage, archiving, etc.) and processing. A number of solutions have emerged to solve this problem.
This section gives an overview about our infrastructure to address data management and processing.
