Let's go finishing your dissertation together!
Are people waiting on you to complete your dissertation? Do you often get a "when will you be finished with your degree" type question?
The doctoral process drives you from time to time to places where you cannot see options for yourself. A part of you believes you have to renounce to all that is important to you for totally devoting yourself to your thesis. You feel attacked by your inner critic, and your doctoral journey may feel overwhelming or never-ending.
You don't have to go finishing your dissertation all alone! This coaching group will guide you through the confusion, and help you improve your efficiency and spend your time wisely. The underlying aim of the group is to support your sense of satisfaction for getting things done during the advanced phase of your dissertation.
We will discuss topics that you will bring and that are relevant to you such as, for example, how to stay focused and maintain balance in your life, how to keep up your motivation and your self-esteem, how to disarm inner critics and abandon perfectionism in favour of excellence, how to establish yourself as a member of the research community, and how to get ready for your oral defence.
The programme includes group meetings as well as individual coaching meetings. It will provide guidance for creating a work environment that best supports your potential and will be fine-tuned to allow for a direct translation of advice and recommendations into successful action.
