Biographie

Aurélie Zurbrügg completed her BA (2015) and MA (2017) degrees in English and French at the University of Fribourg. Her PhD project, "The Message on the Wall: The Wall as a Medium from Public Art to Contemporary American Literature," considers the position that is granted to the wall in media and literary studies. Her research foci include intermedial studies, contemporary American literature, and the intersection between urban art and literature. Aurélie has been a graduate assistant at UNIFR since 2018, and she teaches a BA proseminar per semester.
