On 19 November 2018 the meeting of the Scientific Board and the extended Scientific Board of the Study Centre St. Nicholas took place. The thematic discussions focussed on the situation in Ukraine and the constitutional referendum in Romania about a new definition of marriage. Dr. Alexander Mramornov, co-editor of the proceedings of the Moscow Council 1917/18, gave a lecture on the reception of the Council today.
