Jürg Meier has been a volunteer in the pastoral service in the New Apostolic Church for many years and primarily conducts funerals. In his book "Trauerfeiern" he does not just present finished funeral sermons, but tells of his personal experiences. His aim is to encourage the reader to face his own mortality. The Christian perspective with the hope for the resurrection of the dead and eternal life remains his central concern.
