Semesters

The academic year is divided into two semesters of 14 weeks of tuition each:

• The autumn semester (from mid-September to mid-February, examinations included)
• The spring semester (from mid-February to the end of June, examinations included). The examination periods depend on the faculty.

An eight-week break separates the two semesters. 

The academic calendar details the tuition periods and important dates for the year in progress and gives notification of the semester dates for the following years.
