Pour connaître les spécificités de chaque faculté et trouver les conseillères et conseillers aux études, consultez le tableau « Préparation du contrat d’étude par faculté». La période de mobilité s'intègre dans le programme d'études normal et doit pouvoir être reconnue au retour à l'Université de Fribourg (Unifr). Il est donc important de préparer soigneusement son contrat d’études et de prendre en compte les questions suivantes :

  • L’université d’accueil propose-t-elle des cours adaptés au cursus suivi ?
  • Ces cours vont-ils être reconnus et et validés par mon département à l’Unifr ?
  • Le calendrier académique est-il compatible avec celui de l’Unifr (début des cours, dates des examens, etc.) ?


Attention : Dans certains programmes d’études, seul un nombre limité de crédits peut être reconnu dans l’université d’accueil, indépendamment de la durée du séjour. Les coordinatrices et coordinateurs de mobilité/conseillères et conseillers aux études vous renseigneront sur les possibilités de reconnaissance.

  • Le but d'un contrat d'études (SEMP):

    The purpose of the Learning Agreement is to provide a transparent and efficient preparation of the study period abroad and to ensure that the student will receive recognition in his/her degree for the courses successfully completed abroad. By signing this document, the student, the Sending Institution and the Receiving Institution confirm that they approve the Learning Agreement and that they will comply with all the arrangements agreed by all parties. Sending and Receiving Institutions undertake to apply all the principles of the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education relating to mobility for studies (or the principles agreed in the Inter-Institutional Agreement). The Receiving Institution confirms that the courses listed in Table A are in line with its course catalogue and should be available to the student. The Sending Institution commits to recognise all the credits or equivalent units gained at the Receiving Institution for the successfully completed courses and to count them towards the student’s degree. Any exceptions to this rule are documented in an annex of this Learning Agreement and agreed by all parties. The student and the Receiving Institution will communicate to the Sending Institution any problems or changes regarding the study programme, responsible persons and/or study period.
