    Description Die Vorlesung vermittelt genetische und molekulare Grundlagen zum Verständnis der Mechanismen, welche vom Genotyp zum Phänotyp führen. Thematische Schwerpunkte sind dabei (i) das menschliche Genom, (ii) die molekulare Pathologie und Diagnostik, (iii) die Tumorgenetik und (iv) die Gentherapie.
