    Training objectives 1) Die Studenten und Studentinnen sollen die Prinzipien von Immunoblotting verstehen und diese Methode beherrschen. Sie sollen fähig sein, die Expression bestimmter Proteinen und Protein-Modifikationen, z. B. Phosphorylierung, mittels des Immunoblottings nachzuweisen.
    2) Die Studenten und Studentinnen sollen die Prinzipien von Genotyping verstehen und können die Unterschiede in der genetischen Veranlagung (Genotyp) mittels PCR (polymerase chain reaction) bestimmen.
    3) Die Studenten und Studentinnen sollen die Prinzipien und Anwendungen von FACS (fluorescence activated cell sorting) verstehen und FACS durchführen.
    4) Die Studenten und Studentinnen sollen die Resultate von oben genannten Versuchen analysieren und intepretieren können.
