    Description

    After this block course, students should have developed a sound knowledge of sleep in a neurophysiological, psychological as well as in a clinical sense. The first day of the block seminar covers basics of sleep physiology, scientific principles of sleep experiments, experimental manipulation of sleep and cognitive aspects related to sleep. The 2nd day of the block seminar focuses on pathological sleep using current guidelines and on the therapy of disturbed sleep.

    The examination requirement in this seminar will be an exam within the official examination session of the Psychology Department (07.06.22 - 01.07.22). The exam covers the content of the block seminar and consists of 20 multiple choice questions and 5 open questions.
