Training objectives	A la fin du cours pratique, les étudiant-e-s peuvent expliquer et utiliser des appareils importants et des techniques fondamentales de laboratoire employés en biochimie. Ils ont acquis une dextérité dans l'utilisation de micropipettes et du photomètre. Ils connaissent les règles fondamentales relatives au fonctionnement, à l'organisation, à l'analyse de données, à l'assurance de qualité et à la sécurité dans le laboratoire. En plus, les étudiant-e-s connaissent divers syndromes fréquents qui peuvent être diagnostiqués au moyen de certains tests cliniques. Am Ende des Praktikums sind die Studierenden in der Lage, wichtige Apparate und Basistechniken des biochemischen Labors zu erklären und zu bedienen. Sie sollen durch Üben eine manuelle Fertigkeit mit Mikropipette und Photometer erreichen. Sie sollen weiterhin Grundregeln bezüglich Arbeitsorganisation, Resultatauswertung, Qualitätssicherung und Sicherheit im Labor kennen und anwenden können. Darüberhinaus kennen die Studierenden die häufigen Krankheitsbilder, welche mit Hilfe der durchgeführten Tests diagnostiziert werden können. At the end of the practical course, the students are able to explain and to use important apparatuses and basic techniques of the biochemical laboratory. They should reach a manual dexterity through practicing with Mikropipette and Photometer. They should know basic rule regarding working organization, result analysis, quality security and security in the laboratory. In addition the students know the frequent syndromes which can be diagnosed by means of the carried out tests.
