    Beschreibung: Eignungsdiagnostik soll eine Vorhersage über die Wahrscheinlichkeit des Erreichens bestimmter Ziele bzw. der Zufriedenheit einer Person mit Bildungswegen oder Berufen ermöglichen. Ziel dieser Veranstaltung ist es, einen Überblick über die gängigsten eignungsdiagnostischen Verfahren zu geben und deren Vorteile und Grenzen sowie Einsatzbereiche vorzustellen. Die Verfahren repräsentieren den biographischen, Eigenschafts- und Simulationsansatz. Der Fokus liegt hier auf dem Einsatzgebiet der Personalauswahl, gleichzeitig werden Verbindungen zur Berufs- und Laufbahnberatung, Personalentwicklung und der Feststellung der Studieneignung gezogen. Die Vermittlung von Wissen über Theorien und Befunde geschieht durch Lektüre, Diskussionen und Referate. In Kleingruppen wird zusätzlich methodisches Handwerkszeug in praktischen Übungen erworben.
