Méthodes de quantification des excès stéréomériques. Méthodes de détermination de la configuration absolue. Corrélation chimique. Analyse conformationelle. Prochiralité et réactions. Bases de la synthèse stéréosélective: Stratégies en synthèse asymétrique. Induction 1,2 et 1,3. Géométrie des énolates. Auxiliaires chiraux. Réactifs chiraux. Catalyse énantiosélective. Double stéréodifférentiation. Résolution cinétique. Effets non linéaires et amplification chirale

Bases of stereoselective synthesis: Strategies in asymmetric synthesis. 1,2- and 1,3-Induction. Geometry of enolates. Chiral auxiliairies. Chiral reagents. Enantioselective catalysis. Double stereodifférentiation. Kinetic resolution. Non-linear effects and chiral amplification

    Training objectives À l'issue de ce cours, vous devriez être capables de:

    - Identifier la relation stéréochimique entre plusieurs molécules,
    - quantifier les composants d'un mélange d'isomères,
    - déterminer la configuration absolue d'une substance à l'aide des diverses techniques connues.
    - concevoir un chemin synthétique afin d'obtenir sélectivement une substance énantio- et diastéréomériquement pure,
    - rationaliser la stéréochimie d'une réaction quelconque.

    Ziel dieser Vorlesung ist es, dass Sie fähig sein sollten :
    - das stereochemische Verhältnis zwischen mehreren Molekülen zu bestimmen
    - die Zusammensetzung eines Isomerengemisches zu quantifizieren
    - die absolute Konfiguration einer Substanz mit verschiedenen bekannten Techniken zu ermitteln
    - einen Syntheseweg zu konzipieren um selektiv eine Enantiomeren- und Diastereomeren-reine Verbindung zu erhalten
    - die Stereochemie einer beliebigen Reaktion zu rationalisieren
