Training objectives	In this course the students get an overview on theories and concepts of performance management in private nonprofit organisations: How can we measure performance of organisations without profit-maximizing orientation, and which characteristics of the management system in a not-for-profit organisation are theoretically and empirically linked to its effectiveness and efficiency? Answers come from lecture, individual reading, class discussion, and group case study. work.
