    Description

    •Maîtriser les règles de SECURITE : du vestiaire à la fin d’une leçon
    •Etre capable d’arbitrer (gestes de l’arbitre, …) et connaître les règles (où engager, …)
    •Elaborer un échauffement pour une classe et faire une auto-critique
    Training objectives

    •Faire une passe en mouvement
    •Faire un « flip » passe
    •Tirer en mouvement
    •Gérer la coordination et le timing dans le jeu
    •Maîtriser et améliorer la technique individuelle (maniement de la canne) et la technique spécifique au patinage
    •Sortir de la zone de défense (sortie de zone)
    •Jouer en appliquant et respectant les règles de base
    •Savoir se positionner aux 5 postes sur la glace (défenseur - attaquant)
    •Analyser rapidement une situation de jeu et appliquer une tactique (transitions – cycling - …)
    •Savoir jouer collectivement
    •Respecter l’adversaire, les arbitres et ses coéquipiers
    •S’encourager et se motiver
    Comments Lieu : Patinoire de St-Léonard Equipement complet obligatoire.
    Présence sur la glace, équipé de 12h15 à 13h35.
    Possibilité de louer un équipement complet pour toute la saison (matériel en prêt, donc l'étudiant le prend à la maison) pour la somme de Fr. 150.- . Ristourne de Fr. 50.- lors du retour du matériel.
    Dans l'équipement complet n’est pas compris patins et canne.
