    Tenir les différents statuts et rôles du pratiquant (Uke, Tori, arbitre)

    Historique et évolution du judo.
    Training objectives

    Apprendre puis utiliser les techniques de contrôle et de projection de façon adaptée dans des contextes d'opposition différents (Randori, Combat) : technique debout et technique au sol.

    Réaliser et enchainer des techniques d'attaque et de défense (projection, immobilisation, action/réaction, déséquilibre...) selon les actions diverses.

    Connaitre et appliquer les 3 principes du mouvement : l'entrée, le déséquilibre et la projection.
