Description Gegenstand des Kurses bilden die Straftatbestände des Besonderen Teils (2. Buch) des StGB sowie die Grundzüge des Strafprozessrechts.
Die Kenntnis der Delikte gegen Leib und Leben (Art. 111-136 StGB), die im 1. Jahr behandelt wurden, sowie des Allgemeinen Teiles (1. und 3. Buch des StGB) werden vorausgesetzt.
Die Vorlesung wird begleitet durch Übungen in Gruppen, in denen Fälle gelöst werden. Die Übungen finden 14-täglich statt. Im Rahmen der Übungen können Fall-Lösungen als Proseminararbeiten eingereicht werden.
Training objectives Die Studierenden sollen:
die Straftatbestände des Besonderen Teils (Art. 111-332) des Strafgesetzbuches kennen und verstehen;
diese Tatbestände auf einen Sachverhalt korrekt anwenden können;
die Grundzüge des Strafprozessrechts kennen und verstehen.
