    Description

    This course is the follow-up of the Introduction to data analysis (SBL.00501) course. It aims at going deeper into the topic of data analysis and experimental design. The course introduces the fundamentals in statistics and experimental design. It covers topics from the fundamental concepts of statistics such as p-value, Type I and Type II error, multifactor ANOVA to multilinear regression, and an introduction to experimental design concepts such as replication, randomisation, nested and factorial design.
    Training objectives

    Students are able to perform basic statistical analyses and to design experiments. The students will learn performing statistical analyses with the software R.
