    Description The course provides the conceptual background necessary for understanding major approaches for helping the brain recover from neural pathologies. The importance of behavioral characterization, functional measurements as well as therapeutic interventions such as psychopharmacology or electrical brain stimulation is illustrated by relevant examples drawn from clinical and basic science.
    Training objectives Introduce participants to important theoretical background and concepts relevant for regeneration and repair of the brain and spinal cord.
