    Description

The Telders International Law Moot Court Competition offers the opportunity to compete against student teams from over 40 European universities. Its aim is to test the students’ knowledge of Public International law on the basis of a practical legal case.

The Moot Court consists of two (or three) phases: the preparation of the written pleadings (Oct-Feb), oral pleadings within the national round (depending on the number of Swiss universities taking part in the annual competition round) and an oral phase at the finals in the Hague (March/May)

Participants will be awarded credits for the written pleadings and additional credits for participating in the oral round.

Both the oral and the written phase will be held in English.
