Safety
In order to ensure maximal safety in laboratories and at work, the Faculty has commissions and persons responsible for security, at the level of the Faculty itself, but also within departments. These people are responsible for maintaining the safety on sites through regular checks of the safety installations, accident prevention and training of competent collaborators.
Current documentation and detailed information about health and hazards linked to laboratory work are also part of the safety measures, in particular, information for pregnant women and maternity protection.

The emergency intervention group acts as soon as an alarm goes off. The group members go to the site from where the alarm originates and take appropriate measures based on their evaluation (for example, they can block an alarm to prevent the fire department from being dispatched). All members of this group have first aid training and firefighting training.
