Description This practical accompanies the lecture course BL.6002.

The aim is to provide to the students the basic tools to simulate and analyse dynamical systems. The exercises will focus on the classical models in biology defined by ordinary differential equations an introduced during the course BL.6002. More advanced models will also be tackled.

Students are asked to use their own laptop; they must install the latest version of R (https://cran.r-project.org/) and R-studio (https://www.rstudio.com/) beforehand.

Training objectives Students will be able to simulate and analyse classical ecological models within the software R.
