    Training objectives Ce cours approfondit les concepts de la biologie moléculaire et est focalisé sur les mécanismes de la synthèse et réparation de l’ADN, la synthèse des ribosomes, et la régulation de la traduction. De plus, le cours présente une introduction de l’utilisation d’un logiciel et de diverses bases de données permettant d’analyser et manipuler des séquences d’ADN par exemple en vue d’un clonage.

    Dieser Kurs vertieft Konzepte der Molekularbiologie mit Hauptgewicht auf Synthese und Reparatur von DNS. Darüber hinaus bietet der Kurs eine Einführung in die Benutzung von Programmen und Datenbasen, welche es ermöglichen, DNS Sequenzen zu analysieren und zu verändern, z.B. im Hinblick auf eine Genklonierung.
